To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at the earliest possible date:

Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing in analyzing performance dashboards, driving insights and giving recommendations on business actions (from data to insights to business activities/recommendations)
• Keep watch on emerging category trends and share with broader Yogi organization
• Build and execute quarterly consumption review
• Provide analytics assistance to support Yogi’s 5-year plan development and opportunity identification
• Establish cross-functional relationships within the EU-based Yogi team including Sales, Marketing and R&D.
• Maintain relationships with EU data and analytics suppliers including NielsenIQ and Biovista and assist in contract negotiations.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies, general mgt. or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics and data-focused role preferably in FMCG industry
• Proficiency with NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI or other syndicated point-of-sale data, NielsenIQ Discover experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis, develop own hypotheses, and then convert the data into insights to present strong, persuasive stories
• An engaged team-player with a responsible and targeted way of working, who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Excellent knowledge of German and fluent in business English spoken and written
• CV in English
