To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at the earliest possible date:

Sales manager France (m/f/x) specialized organic and pharmacy network - H/F - CDI

The position is on a permanent contract, based in France, close to a traffic area (train, motorway, etc.) for ease of travel and in full home office. He/she is entrepreneurial because the sales manager develops his/her activity in France independently and with a high latitude.
Your tasks
  • Develop the commercial strategy (distribution networks, commercial policy, category strategies, budget, etc.) and implement it in a specialized organic and pharmacy network 
  • Direct manager of 3 national customers of the specialized organic network
  • Lead 2 distributors (and their teams) specialized in organic networks and pharmacies
  • Prospect and open up any new distribution networks
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and its local adaptation
  • Co-manage the back office with customer service, logistics, forecasting, finance
  • Manage cross-functional company projects
What we expect
  • Higher education such as a management school or equivalent
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in sales management in France in the specialized organic network, pharmacies, food service, premium networks or other distribution networks
  • Good network in the specialized organic network and knowledge of other networks is a plus
  • Top skills in management, sales, negotiation, category management, trade marketing and marketing
  • Ability to create relationships in an international environment (European, American, etc.)
  • Fluency in English, working language, for internal interactions
  • Strategic vision, analytical ability, internal/external leadership, autonomy and above all entrepreneurial temperament and adherence to Yogi Tea values and project
  • CV in English
