Your role
Your tasks
- Co-Develop and execute retail media strategies across priority EU markets (e.g., UK, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, France)
- Plan and manage campaigns across retailer platforms (e.g., sponsored search, display, onsite activations)
- Align retail media activity with broader brand, trade marketing, and commercial priorities
- Build full-funnel retail media plans to drive awareness, conversion, and basket size
- Partner with local sales and key account teams to support retailer priorities, promotions, and new product launches
- Define and track KPIs such as ROAS, incremental sales, share of search, conversion rate, and digital shelf performance
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to share learnings and best practices
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
- At least 4 years of experience in retail media, eCommerce, or performance marketing, ideally within CPG, beverage, or wellness sectors
- Experienced with retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, supermarket RMNs, CitrusAd, Criteo Retail Media)
- A problem-solving, driven and hands-on person with clear and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with GDPR and European data/privacy regulations
- Experience working across global interdepartmental teams and cultures
- Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth through retail media campaigns across multiple European markets
- Professional or personal experience with mission-led, sustainable, or organic brands would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, attribution, and budget management
- Deep understanding of digital shelf optimization, retailer algorithms, and shopper behavior
- Good business understanding and financial skills (P&L, costs centers, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Teams, and how they integrate
- Excellence in German and fluency in business English, spoken and written
- Resume in English
