To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at Hamburg HQ at the earliest possible date: 

Graphic Designer (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital assets across eCommerce, DTC, and paid media channels
  • Create and adapt assets for platforms such as Amazon, paid social, display, and landing pages
  • Support ongoing “daily business” creative needs including retail, trade, and customer marketing materials
  • Act as a guardian of brand integrity across digital channels and touchpoints
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of digital design systems and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Experience, Product, Quality & Data, and Marketing

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or comparable training 
  • 4+ years of professional design experience within a brand, agency, or in-house creative team 
  • Strong experience in digital design across eCommerce, DTC, and paid media environments 
  • Experience working within brand systems and delivering consistent visual output
  • Passionate about design with a strong desire to create, learn, and continuously develop craft 
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality, consistency, and execution 
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility, design judgment, brand design, typography, color, and visual systems 
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
  • Experience designing digital marketing formats (display, paid social, eCommerce imagery, landing pages, etc.) 
  • Understanding of performance-driven and user-centered design principles 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business needs
  • Motion design skills (nice to have) 
  • Photo or video editing experience (nice to have) 
  • Packaging design experience (nice to have)
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Excellence in German and fluency in business English, spoken and written
  • Resume in English
